Hi, and thank you for stopping by! My name is Karen McNall, and I live in the beautiful town of Sharon, Vermont. I’ve been married to my husband, Glenn, for over 37 wonderful years, and together we’ve built a family I’m incredibly proud of. Life is never dull thanks to them—and recently, my greatest joy has been becoming a Gramma. Our two grandsons bring so much love and laughter into my life. Even though they live out of state, technology keeps us connected when we can’t be together in person.
When I’m not spending time with family, you can often find me out on the trail. I love backpacking and hiking, especially along the Appalachian Trail. For me, hiking is where I find peace—it’s just me, nature, fresh air, and endless beauty. Since 2022, I’ve hiked over 800 miles, from trails close to home to the rugged White Mountains of New Hampshire. I completed a thru-hike of the Vermont Long Trail in 2022 and have section-hiked the Appalachian Trail across Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Vermont. My next big adventure? Starting the trail in Georgia in 2026!
At home, I’m happiest when I’m creating in my craft room, puttering around the house, or tackling outdoor projects. Whether it’s serving as a shelter adopter for the Green Mountain Club, blowing leaves (yes, I actually enjoy it!), splitting firewood, or simply getting my hands dirty, I find joy in staying active and connected to the world around me.
MY STAMPIN’ UP! JOURNEY
I became a Demonstrator back in 2012 so that I could enjoy a discount on the products that I
have grown to love. When I joined Stampin’ Up! I was an empty nester, had a full-time job at
our local school, volunteered for our local football programs, and lived on a dairy farm full of
Holstein cows… and a few cats. I am a self-taught stamper and crafter. I started teaching
stamping at my local library and at my home. This went on for the next four year. In 2016, my
husband and I packed up our lives and moved to Sharon, Vermont. There was no rhyme or
reason why we chose Sharon, we just knew we wanted to start our new journey still living in
Vermont.
I have been a business-minded Stampin’ Up!® Demonstrator since February 2020. The
friendships that have been developed with teammates; near and far, have been one of the most
rewarding experiences I have had. Becoming a team leader was not in my future, but in 2021, I
began leading Inspired Daisies Team of Stampers. Each and every teammate were customers of
mine! Saying yes to the Starter Kit was one of the best decisions I have ever made.
