Card 6 in a Series of 12

Have you tried putting together a quilt card?  The first thought I had was “this looks hard.”  In actuality, it wasn’t at all.  You just need to make sure your pieces are cut precisely and everything will go together smoothly.

Here is my take at my first quilt card using the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series Paper.  This is card #6 in a series of 12 (half way there)!

Products used:

Whisper White card base
Mint Macaron 4×4
Blusing bride 3 3/4 x 3 3/4
Whisper White – 2 squares cut 1 1/4 x 1 1/4, then cut on the diagonal.  Also the Birthday Bouquet Designer Series paper is cut this way as well (2 pieces) – embossed with favorite embossing folder
Pool Party – 2 squares cut 1 1/4 – embossed with same folder
Dazzling Diamonds Glimmer Paper – 2 small strips (my paper cuts were not precise so I corrected using some glimmer paper)

Inks:
Mint Macaron and Blushing Bride
Stamp Set:
Birthday Blooms from the Occasions Catalog

Embellished with Petite Petals Punch and Itty Bitty Punch Pack and Pearl.

There is nothing like putting a smile on a face, hearing "wow" from a new stamper, and making new friends; near and far.
