Well, I am back at it. Trying to fit in work, football volunteering, and Stampin. It’s challenging, but I will do my best to keep up on my blogging. It’s still all “new” to me; trying to blog even twice a week is a little challenging, but I will keep pushing myself to bring inspiration your way.
Since Fall is right around the corner, I thought we would view some cards I just made from The Wilderness Awaits stamp set.
All cards are designed the same exact way, except using different embossing folders and animals. You choose the animal, and it’s that easy to put together.
Here are the supplies and dimensions you will need to create this quick and simple card, easy to mass produce.
Chocolate Chip card stock: 4 1/4 x 11, scored at 5 1/2
Very Vanilla card stock Inside: 4 x 5 1/4
Wild Washabi card stock: 4 x 4, embossed using your favorite “wilderness” theme folder
Baked Brown Sugar card stock (it’s retired, but I still had some left) – chose another brown to match: 1 x 5 1/2
Cajon Craze card stock: 3 x 3
Sahara Sand card stock: 2 3/4 x 2 3/4
Very Vanilla card stock: 2 1/2 x 2 1/2
Stamp with Chocolate Chip ink with your choice from the Wilderness Awaits stamp set on the Very Vanilla card stock. Adhere to the inside of the card base.
Stamp again using Chocolate Chip on the 2 1/2 x 2 1/2 Very Vanilla. Add you sentiment of choice using Chocolate Chip or Cajon Craze ink.
Adhere to the Sahara Sand
Adhere to the Cajon Craze
Add Stampin Dimensions (4) to the backside of the Cajon Craze.
Emboss the small strip of Baked Brown Sugar with the same embossing folder and adhere on top of the Wild Washabi matching left to right. Trim if needed.
Take the backside of the dimensions off and add to your card front.
To jazz it up a bit, I chose either Candy Dots or Rhinestones.
