Thank you to Ann’s Happy Stampers from the U.K. for inspiring me to create today’s card.  Ann created this gorgeous card using the Wink of Stella.  She inspired me to create two cards; one casing her colors and the other using Elegant Eggplant.

Card dimensions and instructions are below if you want to give this card a try.

Visit my YouTube tutorial on step by step instructions as well.  Here is the link:

Card Stock:
Garden Green cut 5 ½ x 8 ½, scored at 4 1/4
Rose
Wonder cut 4 x 5 ¼
Whisper
White cut 3 ¾ x 5 for stamping
Whisper
White cut 4 x 5 ¼ for inside panel

Instructions:
Use
embossing buddy and rub across the Whisper White 3 ¾ x 5 piece.
Ink
up stamps using VersaMark ink and stamp images being careful not to smudge.
Apply
gold embossing powder
Heat
set

Use
the Wink of Stella to color in your flower, stems and leaves.
Do not squeeze too much “stella” out; you don’t
need much.

Heat
set ink
Take
tissue and dab off excess ink that is on the gold embossed image.
Assemble
stamped image to Rose Wonder
Add
gold thread using tape or adhesive to secure on backside.
Add
to card base
Stamp
inside panel and attach to card.
Stamp
your envelope.
Stamp
on the backside of the card if you wish.

Meet Karen

I am a native Vermonter and enjoy each of the four seasons our state has to offer. Inspired by Gram was created after my grandmother. She taught me many crafting skills over the years and I enjoy sharing them with you. There is nothing like putting a smile on a face, hearing "wow" from a new stamper, and making new friends; near and far.
