Clean and Simple Stamping with a Bit of Glitter Ribbon?

I’m loving the Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper, which you can find in the Mini Catalog.  Bright colors, flowing flowers, and some of my favorite colors!   My type of card is Clean and Simple.  Why take hours to create one card when you can let the Designer Series Paper work for you and make a bunch of cards.

Here are the the dimensions of the paper I used to create my card:

Poppy Parade card base cut 5 1/2 x 8 1/2, scored at 4 1/4
Basic Black cut 5 1/2 x 3 1/4
Peaceful Poppies Designer Series Paper cut 5 1/2 x 3
Whisper White cut 4 x 5 1/4 for the inside and also a piece of scrap so you can die cut your favorite shape from the So Sweetly Dies.

A small strip of Peaceful Poppies cut 5 1/2 x 1/2 to decorate your inside panel

If you want to add a bit of sparkle, try adding the Black organdy glittered ribbon and some basic rhinestone jewels.  These two embellishments add that final spark and pop!

Don’t forget about the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  They are a must have.

To see how this card is made, follow my step-by-step tutorial here.

That’s it!  Clean & simple is what you get.

Happy stamping
Karen

Meet Karen

I am a native Vermonter and enjoy each of the four seasons our state has to offer. Inspired by Gram was created after my grandmother. She taught me many crafting skills over the years and I enjoy sharing them with you. There is nothing like putting a smile on a face, hearing "wow" from a new stamper, and making new friends; near and far.
