Delightful Daisy Designer Series Paper, 144137, one piece cut 5 x 8 1/4 for the front, 2 pieces cut 2 x 5 (one is scored at 7/8 x 1 1/8 to cover the spine
Tranquil Tide Cardstock cut 8 1/2 x 10 3/4, scored at 5 1/4 and 5 1/2 for the base. One piece cut 2 x 5
