Let’s Bring Back Honeycomb Happiness

I’m getting ready for my next craft fair and wanted to create an Easter tag, but I did not have a current stamp set to use.  No worries, let’s bring back Honeycomb Happiness from 2017 Sale-a-bration.

I used the scallop tag topper to create the tag, which is a piece of Whisper White cut 2 x 3.

I stamped in Stazon Jet Black ink to create the cute little chick.  The chick is colored in using Daffodil Delight and Calypso Coral watercolor pencils.  I used the blender pen to move around the colors and blend them all together.

To create the banner, I used Thoughtful Banners stamp set along with Duet Banner Punch.  Elegant Eggplant ink stamped on Daffodil Delight card stock.  The banner is popped up using one dimensional.  A cute flower punched out with the retired Itty Bitty flower punch and a pearl added to the center adds a cute touch.

The bag was created using retired designer series paper.  Each bag is filled with Easter candy and packaged with a clear bag.

I hope you get to make some cute Easter gifts as well.  Have a great day and stamp and create!

Meet Karen

I am a native Vermonter and enjoy each of the four seasons our state has to offer. Inspired by Gram was created after my grandmother. She taught me many crafting skills over the years and I enjoy sharing them with you. There is nothing like putting a smile on a face, hearing "wow" from a new stamper, and making new friends; near and far.
